Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
2. Visiting this website
When you visit transformate.eu, the hosting provider automatically processes technical information that your browser transmits, such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and the browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The website does not use advertising technologies and loads its fonts from its own server rather than from third parties.
Google Analytics 4. With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) and Google LLC (USA), to understand how visitors use the website and to improve it. Google Analytics is only loaded after you select “Accept” in the cookie notice. It then sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) and processes usage information such as the pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. Analytics data is retained for no longer than 14 months. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
3. Contact form and email enquiries
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the details you provide — such as your name, email address, business or organisation, project category, description of your requirements and, optionally, your existing website, indicative budget, preferred contact method and telephone number.
Contact-form details are sent directly by email to Tony Ursich. They are not stored on this website, in a database or by the hosting provider. They are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where requested, to prepare a proposal (steps prior to entering into a contract and your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time. Your details are not used for marketing and are not passed to third parties for their own purposes.
4. Service providers
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) — website hosting; transmits contact-form messages as email without storing them.
- Porkbun LLC (USA) — domain registration and forwarding of emails sent to @transformate.eu addresses.
- Google (Gmail) — receipt of enquiry emails; Google Analytics 4 where you have consented.
These providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses recognised by the European Commission and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or a recognised adequacy framework.
5. How long data is kept
This website does not retain enquiry data. Enquiry emails are kept only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and are then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, and to its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or transfer, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, please send an email.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in Hungary the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or the authority in your country of residence.
7. Security
This website is delivered exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
8. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated when the website or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
